Michael Chan is the Managing Director of Palm Sugar Cafeteria.
He was a naturalized Solomon Islander and during his youth days he had involved in sports.
He once represented Solomon Islands in some of the sport events locally and globally.}
Some of his friends were surprised to see him when they walk in to get food at Palm Sugar.
“We only know that you are a sportsman but Wow you are also a good Chef, we loved the food.”
With his passion for cooking he does not only work in the office but spend most of his time in the kitchen.
He was also the Head Chef and with his experience he has cooked many delicious food which were loved by our customers.
Michael also had a passion for Arts & Crafts and he has also helped our local artist to promote their products.
He mentioned that cooking is also an Art and Palm Sugar is an Art & Craft of food.
